The team is coached by Mark Jones, who has over 20 years of experience coaching youth football. Jones is passionate about developing young players, and has helped the TNS U18's Girls to improve their skills and tactics.
The team is also supported by a number of volunteers, who help with everything from organizing fixtures to managing the team's social media accounts.
