Theale Tigers have enjoyed a lot of success in recent years. In the 2022-2023 season, the club's Under-16s team won the Berks & Bucks Youth League and the Berks & Bucks Youth Cup. The Under-14s team also won the Berks & Bucks Youth League.
The club's Under-16s team also won the Grove Challengers FC Tournament in 2022-2023.
