Stockport GMF U8 is a youth football team based in Stockport, England. They play in the Manchester Youth Super League (MYSL) U8s Sunday Div 1.
The team was formed in 2019 by a group of parents who wanted to give their children the opportunity to play competitive football at a young age. The team has grown rapidly since then and now has over 20 players.
The team is coached by a team of experienced coaches who are passionate about helping young players develop their football skills. The coaches focus on teaching the players the basics of the game, as well as developing their teamwork and sportsmanship.
The team has had a lot of success in recent years. They have won the MYSL U8s Sunday Div 1 title twice, in 2020 and 2021. They have also reached the final of the MYSL U8s Cup on two occasions.
