History
The club was founded in 1972 by a group of local parents who wanted to provide their children with the opportunity to play football. The club started with just one team, but has since grown to have teams at all age levels.
The club has had some success over the years, winning numerous trophies at local and county level. The First Team currently plays in the Midlands Regional Alliance, which is the ninth tier of the English football league system.

The club's home ground is the South Street Recreation Ground in South Normanton. The ground has a capacity of 500 spectators.
