Small Heath Tigers F.C. is a football club based in Birmingham, England. The club was founded in 1875 and originally played in the Birmingham & District League. In 1892, they became founder members of the Football League Second Division.
The club won the Second Division championship in 1892-93 and were promoted to the First Division. They remained in the First Division until 1908, when they were relegated. The club has never won the First Division title.
History
The club's most successful period was in the early 1900s. They reached the FA Cup semi-finals in 1902 and 1908. The club also won the Birmingham Senior Cup a record 14 times.
The club's fortunes declined in the latter half of the 20th century. They were relegated to the Fourth Division in 1976 and spent most of the next 20 years in the lower leagues.
The club has enjoyed a revival in recent years. They won the Conference National in 2016 and were promoted to League Two. They are currently playing in League One.
