The team was founded in 2016 and has since won the FAS YOUTH LEAGUE U19 league twice, in 2018 and 2020. They have also reached the final of the league on two other occasions.
The team is based at the Shah Alam Stadium and their home kit is red and white. Their current manager is Mohd Azlan Shah, who has been in charge since 2019.

FAS YOUTH LEAGUE U19
The FAS YOUTH LEAGUE U19 is the top youth league in Malaysia. It was founded in 2016 and is organized by the Football Association of Selangor (FAS).
The league consists of 16 teams, divided into two groups. The top two teams from each group qualify for the semi-finals. The winners of the semi-finals meet in the final to decide the champion.
The current champions are S A Elite U19, who won the league in 2022/2023. The runners-up are PKNS FC U19.
The FAS YOUTH LEAGUE U19 is a great opportunity for young players to develop their skills and gain experience at the highest level. The league has produced some talented players who have gone on to play for the Malaysian national team.
