History
Seaton United was founded in 1908 as Seaton Athletic. The club changed its name to Seaton United in 1919. Seaton United joined the Sussex County League in 1922 and remained in the league until 1978, when they were promoted to the Isthmian League. Seaton United have played in the Isthmian League ever since, with their highest finish being third in the Premier Division in 2001-02.
