History
SC Mijenisia was founded in 1960 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The team quickly rose through the ranks of Indonesian football and reached the top flight, the Liga 1, in 1970.
The team remained in the top flight for the next two decades, but they were relegated to the Liga 2 in 1990. SC Mijenisia have never returned to the top flight since then.
Recent seasons
SC Mijenisia have been competing in the Liga 3 since 2017. The team finished third in their group in the 2017 season, but they have not been able to replicate that success in recent years.
The team finished bottom of their group in the 2018 season and were relegated to the Liga 4. However, they bounced back in the 2019 season and won promotion back to the Liga 3.
SC Mijenisia finished fifth in their group in the 2020 season, which was curtailed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
