West Midland Regional Women's League Division 1 South
The West Midland Regional Women's League Division 1 South is a women's football league in the West Midlands of England. It is the third tier of women's football in the region, below the West Midlands Regional Women's League Premier Division and the West Midlands Regional Women's League Division 1 North.
The league consists of 12 teams and plays a double round-robin format. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the West Midlands Regional Women's League Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the West Midland Regional Women's League Division 1 North.
The current champions are Coventry Sphinx, who won the title in 2022-23.
