The team was formed in 2022 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their children with the opportunity to play football in a fun and competitive environment. The team is coached by a team of FA qualified coaches who are passionate about developing young footballers.
The team has a strong ethos of teamwork, sportsmanship and respect. They are always looking for new players to join the team, regardless of ability.

The Faversham & District Youth Football League is a football league for children aged 5-16 years old. The league was founded in 1972 and currently has over 500 teams playing in it.
The league is split into different age groups and ability groups. Ramsgate Youth U7 Colts play in the U7 Group 3 league, which is for children aged 7 years old.
The league runs a season from September to May, with each team playing 10-12 matches per season. The top teams at the end of the season qualify for the Faversham & District Youth Cup.
