The Ponte San Nicolò 2016 Football Club was founded in 2016 by the merger of two local clubs, Ponte San Nicolò Calcio and Calcio San Nicolò. The club's first season was in the Promozione Veneto, the sixth tier of Italian football. They finished the season in third place and were promoted to the Eccellenza Veneto.
In the 2017-18 season, the Ponte San Nicolò 2016 Football Club finished the season in fifth place in the Eccellenza Veneto. They also reached the semifinals of the Coppa Italia Dilettanti Veneto, where they were defeated by Virtus Vecomp Verona.
