Peterhouse Football Club is a college football team that competes in the Cambridge University Association Football League (CUAFL). The team is based at Peterhouse, one of the oldest colleges in the University of Cambridge.
Peterhouse Football Club was founded in 1882, and has won the CUAFL Cuppers competition on three occasions, in 1958, 1983, and 2017. The team has also won the CUAFL Shield competition on two occasions, in 1986 and 2002.

About the Cambridge University Association Football League
The Cambridge University Association Football League (CUAFL) is a football league between the Colleges of Cambridge University organised by the Cambridge University Association Football Club. The league was founded in 1882, and is the oldest university football league in the world.
The CUAFL currently consists of seven divisions, with each division containing 10 teams. The top division is the Premier Division, and the bottom division is the Division 7.
The CUAFL season runs from September to May, and each team plays each other once in the league. The top two teams in each division are promoted to the next division, and the bottom two teams are relegated to the next division.
The CUAFL Cuppers competition is a knockout tournament that is open to all CUAFL teams. The Cuppers final is usually played at the end of the season, and is a major event in the Cambridge University sporting calendar.
