The team was formed in 2018 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their children with the opportunity to play football in a fun and friendly environment. The team has grown rapidly since then, and now has over 20 players.
The Badgers train on Saturdays at the Max Pullen Sports Ground in Dacre Banks. They play their home matches at the Showground in Pateley Bridge.
Season 2022/23
The Badgers are currently in their third season in the Nidderdale Junior Football League. They have had a successful season so far, winning the majority of their matches.
The team is captained by Harry Gaskell, and the coaches are Andy Gaskell and James Walker.
