Notley Youth Football Club is a grassroots football club based in Braintree, Essex, England. The club was founded in 2001 and currently has teams from under-6 to under-18 level, as well as an adult team.

The club has a coaching partnership with Colchester United Football Club, and its home ground is the Four Releet Sports Ground in Bocking.

History

Notley Youth results

Notley Youth Football Club was founded in 2001 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their children with the opportunity to play football in a safe and enjoyable environment. The club started with just four teams, but has since grown to over 20 teams.

In 2012, the club entered into a coaching partnership with Colchester United Football Club. This partnership has helped to improve the quality of coaching at the club, and has also given players the opportunity to train with and play against professional footballers.

Achievements

  • The club has won numerous trophies at local level, including the Blackwater & Dengie League Cup and the Colchester and District Youth League Cup.
  • In 2017, the club's under-15 team won the Essex County Cup.
  • The club has also produced a number of players who have gone on to play professional football, including Harry Chapman, who currently plays for Sheffield United.
