History
NGARUA FC was founded in 2005 by a group of young men from Burnt Forest who were passionate about football. The team quickly rose through the ranks of the local leagues and in 2015, they were promoted to the Western Region Division One League.
NGARUA FC has made steady progress in the Western Region Division One League and in 2021, they finished in third place. This was their best ever finish in the league and it has given them hope of promotion to the Kenyan Premier League in the near future.
