Milford FC was founded in 2019 by a group of local soccer enthusiasts who wanted to create a competitive team for players of all ages and abilities. The team quickly rose through the ranks of the local amateur leagues and in 2022, they were promoted to the Central Mass Premier League, the highest level of amateur soccer in the region.
In their first season in the Central Mass Premier League, Milford FC finished in 7th place out of 10 teams. The team is hoping to improve on their performance in the 2023 season and challenge for a playoff spot.
