The team is managed by Robin Gibson, who has been involved in youth football for many years. He is assisted by a team of coaches, including Barnabas Benneyworth, Wilf Waldon, Aedan Murphy, Oliver Cunningham, Edward Brown, and Oscar Oliver.

The team trains on a weekly basis at the Marlborough Leisure Centre. They also play matches against other teams in the North Wilts Youth Football League.
