Maidstone FC U6's was founded in 2018 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their children with the opportunity to play football. The team started out in the Middlesex Junior Football League's Development League and quickly moved up to the Junior League.

The team has been very successful in recent years, winning the Middlesex Junior Football League Cup in 2020 and 2021. The team has also reached the final of the Middlesex Junior Football League Cup on two other occasions.
