The team was founded in 2005 as a reserve team for the Luton Town Ladies team. They have since become a successful team in their own right, winning the Greater London Women's Football League Division 1 North title in 2017-18.
The team's home ground is Stockwood Park Academy in Luton. They play their home matches on Sundays.
