LSE Futsal Men's 1st Team
The LSE Futsal Men's 1st Team is a competitive futsal team that represents the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) league.
The team was founded in 2015 and has since won the BUCS Midlands 1 League twice (2017-18, 2021-22). They have also reached the BUCS National Finals on two occasions (2018, 2022).
Training and Matches
The team trains at the Marshall Building on the LSE campus every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. They play their home matches at the Leyton SCORE Centre.
The team competes in the BUCS Midlands 1 League during the winter term and the BUCS National League during the spring term. They also compete in a number of other tournaments throughout the year.
Membership
There are two types of membership available for the LSE Futsal Men's 1st Team: competitive and social.
Competitive members have access to all of the team's training sessions and matches. They also have the opportunity to go on tour and compete in Varsity.
Social members have access to the team's social events and can attend some of the training sessions and matches.
