History
Local Lads FC were founded in 2018 by a group of friends who wanted to play football together. They started out in the Essex & Suffolk Border League and quickly rose through the divisions. In 2022, they were promoted to the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division, the highest level of non-league football in Essex.
Stadium
Local Lads FC play their home games at the Basildon Sports and Leisure Centre. The stadium has a capacity of 1,000 spectators.
