Kowope Football Club is a Ghanaian football club based in Kado, a suburb of Accra. The club was founded in 1972 and currently plays in the Ghana Division One League.
History
Kowope Football Club was founded in 1972 by a group of young men from Kado. The club initially played in local amateur leagues before being promoted to the Ghana Division One League in 1986.
Kowope Football Club has never won the Ghana Premier League, but the club has won the Ghana Division One League on three occasions, in 1988, 2003, and 2016.
