Morden & District Sunday Football League, Division 2 Surrey Intermediate Cup (Surrey Cup) Tom Lawson Intermediate Cup (League Cup)
League Status The club has enjoyed various levels of success and had attained the giddy heights of the 3rd Division during the mid 1990's. To date, this has been the highest level of football the club has achieved. But after a successful 07/08 campaign in which the side finished 4th in division 5, promotion was gained to division 4. In 2010/11, the side under manager Steve Butt were crowned Division 4 champions to end years of hurt. The club's highest league season in Division 2 the following season saw a nightmare start with 1 point from 6 games but a 10 game winning streak saw Boro finish 3rd and narrowly miss out on promotion. In a league re-structure we were bumped up to Division 1 at the wrong time as a complete rebuild of the side was due with players leaving and we finished bottom. We are now in Division 2.
Cup Competitions The club has been involved in the Surrey Cup and the League Cup for many years. The last cup success was during 1988 in the League Cup. The last final to have been reached was the 1994 League Cup Final, where we were Runners-Up until 2010/11 where the side capped a memorable double by winning the Intermediate league cup. The clubs debut season in the Senior League Cup(2011/12) resulted in a brave quarter-final exit after turfing out Division 1 Grunwald & Premier Divison Wimbledon Royals.
