History
KFC Wimbledon was formed in 1977 by a group of local businessmen. The club initially played in the Mid-Herts League, before moving up to the Spartan League in 1980. In 1988, the club joined the Isthmian League, where they have remained ever since.
The club's most successful period came in the early 1990s, when they won the Isthmian League Division One South in 1990 and the Isthmian League Premier Division in 1992. The club also reached the FA Trophy final in 1991, where they lost to Woking.
In recent years, the club has struggled to maintain its previous level of success. However, they have remained a competitive force in the Isthmian League, and they are currently looking to challenge for promotion to the National League South.
