Indios de Ciudad Juárez
Indios de Ciudad Juárez was a Mexican football club based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. The club was founded in 2005 and played in the Liga MX from 2008 to 2010. The club folded in 2016.
History
Indios de Ciudad Juárez was founded in 2005 when CF Pachuca moved its Pachuca Juniors to Ciudad Juárez. The club played in the Liga de Ascenso for its first three seasons. In the 2007–2008 season, Indios won the Liga de Ascenso championship and was promoted to the Liga MX.
Indios de Ciudad Juárez spent two seasons in the Liga MX. The club's best finish was in the 2008 Apertura tournament, when they finished in seventh place. Indios was relegated back to the Liga de Ascenso after the 2010 Clausura tournament.
Indios de Ciudad Juárez folded in 2016 due to financial problems. The club's stadium, the Estadio Olímpico Benito Juárez, was demolished in 2017.
