The YEL East Midlands SUNDAY football league is a competitive league for U10 teams in the East Midlands. The league is run by the Young Elizabethan League (YEL), which is one of the largest youth football leagues in the UK.

The YEL East Midlands SUNDAY league is split into two divisions, Silver and Gold. The G3A FC Milan U10 team currently plays in the Silver division.
