G2FC Football Club
G2FC Football Club is a youth football club based in York, England. It was founded in 2012 and currently has teams for boys and girls aged 5-16. The club's motto is "Football for fun, friendship and fitness".
History
G2FC was founded by two friends, Gary and Chris, who wanted to provide a fun and friendly environment for children to play football. The club started with just one team, but it has grown rapidly over the years and now has over 100 players.
G2FC has won several trophies in recent years, including the York & District Junior League Cup and the York & District FA Sunday Trophy. The club's under-14 team also reached the final of the FA Vase in 2021.
Ground
G2FC plays its home games at the University of York Sports Village. The ground has two pitches, a clubhouse and changing facilities.
