The 4e Klasse B is the fifth tier of Belgian football. It is divided into two divisions, each with 16 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in each division are promoted to the 3e Amateure, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the 5e Klasse.
