The Everton Football Club Women U16 RTC is a regional talent centre based in Liverpool, England. The team competes in the FA Girls' England Talent Pathway league, which is the highest level of youth football for girls in England.
The team was founded in 2012 and has since produced a number of talented players who have gone on to play for the Everton Women's first team, including Megan Finnigan, Chloe Kelly, and Izzy Christiansen.
