EQUALITY Football Club is a women's football team based in Quito, Ecuador. The team was founded in 2014 by Mabel Velarde, a former professional footballer who wanted to create a space for women and girls to play football and empower themselves through the sport.
The team currently competes in the Ecuadorian Women's First Division. They have won the league title once, in 2019.
