History
- The club was formed in 1948 as Coopersale FC, playing within the village of Coopersale, on the outskirts of Epping.
- In 1976, the club successfully gained admittance to the Essex Olympian League.
- In 1985, Epping Town FC, who were at the time members of the Isthmian League (currently Bostik League), folded due to financial difficulties.
- Coopersale FC subsequently took over custody of the main pitch, where the 1st and Reserve teams played.
- In 1992, the club changed its name to Eppingsale.
- In 1999, the club changed its name to Epping.
- In 2018, the club reverted to its original name, Epping Town.
- In 2021, Epping Town were promoted from Division Two to Division One of the Essex Olympian League.
