Devil FC was founded in 1990 by a group of football enthusiasts in Pucangro. The team quickly rose through the ranks of the local leagues and eventually earned promotion to the Liga Pilipinas in 2000.
Devil FC has been a consistent performer in the Liga Pilipinas, finishing in the top four in each of the past five seasons. The team's best finish came in 2018, when they finished as runners-up.
