The team was founded in 1968 as the reserve team of Cranfield United. They have won the Bedfordshire County Football League Division One title on three occasions, in 1995–96, 2002–03, and 2019–20.
The team's home ground is the Cranfield Academy, which has a capacity of 500 spectators.
