Bosh County FC was formed in 2010 by a group of friends who wanted to create a football club for the local community. The club started out in the Nottingham Alliance League and quickly progressed through the divisions. In 2017, they were promoted to the East Midlands Counties League Premier Division.
The club has had some success in recent years. In 2018, they won the East Midlands Counties League Cup. They have also reached the final of the FA Vase on two occasions, in 2019 and 2022.
