Bilton Athletic Reserves were formed in 2013 as a reserve team for the Bilton Athletic first team. The team initially played in the Hull Boys Sunday Football League, before moving to the East Riding County League in 2016.
The team has had mixed success in recent years, finishing mid-table in most seasons. However, they did reach the final of the East Riding County League Cup in 2019, where they lost to Beverley Town.
