Bilton Athletic afc where first formed in 2011 consisting of local lads from the surrounding areas. The team was formed by a group of friends from Withernsea tempting to add more fire to the local area and picking a venue was not a great challenge. The local village of Bilton welcomed us with open arms. Bilton Athletic afc were proudly sponsored by The Royal British legion for the previous two years. Their support during fundraising and outtings events where meet with wild outcomings (Mainly no member of the team leaving standing up) As a club, we welcome our new sponsors of Swiss cottage, Bilton and thank them for their support during this forthcoming season 2013/14. Throughout the seasons, the club has expanded in many areas adding a new reserve team in to county league Division 6 after huge success in recruiting new players under the guidance of the senior management team. Training sessions have now been in full flow on Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:30pm, learning new tactics and techniques to adapt in to a physical game. During the past two seasons, Bilton have shown improvements in all areas and now showing they are a team to be challenged with. We have a strong and committed team who always go over board to allow this to be successful. Anyone running a team knows that dedication is highly important in running a top level club. (We try and compete against Man utd.) New players are always welcome to this never expanding club. Anyone interested please contact John/Rich on 07716400534 I personally wish a great season for Bilton Athletic Afc and other teams taking part in this forthcoming season.
