Benchwarmerd is a football team based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The team was founded in 2010 by a group of friends who were passionate about the sport. Benchwarmerd currently competes in the Shah Alam Amateur Football League.

History

Benchwarmerd was founded in 2010 by a group of friends who were passionate about football. The team's name is a reference to the fact that the founders were all benchwarmers on their high school football teams. Benchwarmerd quickly became a successful team, winning the Shah Alam Amateur Football League championship in its first season. The team has continued to be successful in recent years, winning the championship again in 2018 and 2020.
