Bachelors FC is a football (soccer) team based in Kampala Central Division, Uganda. The team was founded in 1972 and currently competes in the FUFA Big League, the second tier of Ugandan football.
The team's home ground is the Kampala City Council Stadium, which has a capacity of 10,000 spectators.
History
Bachelors FC was founded in 1972 by a group of young men who were all bachelors at the time. The team's first chairman was John Ssempebwa.
The team's early years were spent in the lower leagues of Ugandan football. However, in the late 1990s, the team began to improve and was promoted to the top flight of Ugandan football in 2000.
Bachelors FC has never won the Ugandan Premier League title, but the team has won the Uganda Cup twice, in 2001 and 2002.

Bachelors FC has struggled in recent seasons and has been relegated from the top flight of Ugandan football twice in the past five years.
