History
Aspull Jets was founded in 1972 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The club initially played in the Horwich and District League, before moving up to the Bolton and District League in 1976. In 1982, Aspull Jets joined the Lancashire Combination, where they remained until 2007.
In 2007, Aspull Jets joined the North West Counties League. The club has since achieved promotion to the Premier Division, where they played for two seasons. In 2014, Aspull Jets were relegated back to the First Division.
Ground
Aspull Jets play their home games at Aspull Recreation Ground. The ground has a capacity of 2,000 spectators.
