Arsanle Football Club is a community amateur sports club based in Carterton, Oxfordshire. The club was founded in 1972 and currently has teams in the Witney & District Youth Football League and the Oxfordshire Senior League.
History
Arsanle Football Club was founded in 1972 by a group of local residents. The club's first team played in the Witney & District League, and the club quickly established itself as a force in the local football scene. In 1980, Arsanle won the Witney & District League title for the first time.
In the 1990s, Arsanle began to expand its youth football provision. The club now has teams in all age groups from Under-7s to Under-18s. Arsanle's youth teams have been very successful in recent years, winning numerous trophies.
