Aldridge Lioness is a women's football team based in Aldridge, Nottingham, England. The team was founded in 2010 and currently competes in the Nottinghamshire Girls and Ladies Football League (Charter Standard League).

History

Aldridge Lioness was founded in 2010 by a group of women who wanted to play football. The team started out in the Nottingham Girls and Ladies Football League (Development League) and quickly progressed through the leagues. In 2017, the team won promotion to the Charter Standard League.

The team has a strong history of developing young players. Many players who have come through the Aldridge Lioness youth system have gone on to play for other teams in the Nottingham area.

Aldridge Lioness is currently in the 2023-2024 season of the Nottinghamshire Girls and Ladies Football League (Charter Standard League). The team is currently in 5th place in the league table.
