AFC Milltown started as Los Cuntos in early 2012 and entered their first tournament in May at Colin Park in aid of Cancer Research. The team entered its first league in June at St Malachy's finishing a respectable 4th place. Since then the team has been runners up in the Sunday League 1 and has formed an addidtional side of AFC Millcity. In early 2013 the team entered the Wednesday League at Colin Park.
The team began with players who had no experience at any club level however most recently players have come from teams such as Donegal Celtic, Lisburn Distillery and Iveagh United.
