History
AFC BLUE was founded in 2015 by a group of Liverpool fans who were unhappy with the direction of the city's two major clubs, Liverpool FC and Everton FC. The club's name was chosen to reflect the city's civic color, purple.
AFC BLUE's first season was in the Liverpool County League Division Two. The club won the league title in its first season and was promoted to Division One.
In 2017, AFC BLUE joined the Northern Premier League Division One West. The club finished the season in 10th place.
In 2018, AFC BLUE finished the season in 9th place.
