311 is a football team from Jakarta, Indonesia. They were founded in 1962 and play in the Liga 3, the third tier of Indonesian football.
History
311 were founded in 1962 by a group of students from the University of Indonesia. They quickly became one of the top teams in Jakarta, winning the Liga 3 Jakarta in 1965 and 1966.
In the 1970s, 311 began to decline and were relegated to the lower leagues. They did not return to the Liga 3 until 2017.
In recent years, 311 have been rebuilding and have made progress in the Liga 3. They finished third in the 2022 season and are hoping to promotion to the Liga 2 in the near future.

311 play their home games at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta. The stadium has a capacity of 88,000 people.
