Introduction
The Yorkshire Christian Football League (YCFL) is an amateur football league in Yorkshire, England. It was founded in 1992 and currently has 30 teams competing in two divisions. The league is affiliated with the Football Association (FA).The YCFL aims to provide a competitive and enjoyable football experience for Christians in Yorkshire. The league also promotes Christian values, such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
Divisions
The YCFL has two divisions: the Championship and Division 1. The Championship is the top division, and the teams in this division play each other twice in a season. The winner of the Championship is promoted to the Yorkshire League, and the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 1. Division 1 is the second tier of the YCFL. The teams in this division play each other once in a season. The winner of Division 1 is promoted to the Championship, and the bottom two teams are relegated to the Supplementary League.Venues
