YEL U10
The Young Elizabethan League (YEL) is an amateur football league for children and young people in the East Midlands region of England. It was founded in 1962 and currently has over 1,000 teams playing in a variety of age groups, from U7s to U18s.
YEL U10 Divisions
The YEL U10 league is divided into two divisions: the Premier Division and Division 1. The Premier Division is the top division and consists of the strongest teams in the region. Division 1 is the second division and is open to all teams that do not qualify for the Premier Division.
The YEL U10 season runs from September to April. Each team plays each other team in their division twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season are promoted to the YEL U11 Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 1. The top two teams in Division 1 are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the YEL U9 League.
