Woodlands Athletic FC is an amateur football club based in Goole, North Yorkshire, England. The club was founded in 1972 and currently plays in the Woodlands Athletic FC Goole & Thorne Sunday League.
History
Woodlands Athletic FC was founded in 1972 by a group of local footballers. The club initially played in the Goole & District League, before moving to the Woodlands Athletic FC Goole & Thorne Sunday League in 1990.
The club has won the Woodlands Athletic FC Goole & Thorne Sunday League championship on four occasions, most recently in 2019. They have also won the league cup on three occasions.
