West Riding County Women's Football League
The West Riding County Women's Football League is an open aged (16 plus) Women's Association Football League in England affiliated to the West Riding FA.
The league was founded in 1995 and currently has 3 divisions, with each division consisting of 10 teams. The top division is the Premier Division, followed by the First Division and the Second Division.
The league season runs from September to April, with each team playing each other once in the regular season. The top two teams in each division at the end of the regular season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams in each division are relegated to the next division.
The league also has a cup competition, the West Riding County Women's Football League Cup. The cup competition is open to all teams in the league and is played in a knockout format.
