West Cheshire League
The West Cheshire Association Football League is an English football league in the county of Cheshire, which also includes teams from Merseyside. Its current principal sponsor is Carlsberg, also sponsor of the South West Peninsula League. It has a Division One, Division Two and Division Three.
The league was founded in 1899 and is currently ranked at Level 11 of the English football league system. The top two teams in Division One are promoted to the North West Counties League Division One, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division Two.
The league cup competitions are the Pyke Cup, the West Cheshire Bowl and the West Cheshire Shield. The Youth Plate is a cup competition for under-18 teams.
