Season
The Under 17 amateur football league season runs from September to May. There are usually two divisions, a competitive division and a development division.
The competitive division is for players who are more experienced and who want to compete at a higher level. The development division is for players who are less experienced and who want to develop their skills.
Each team plays each other team in their division once. The top teams in each division qualify for the playoffs.
Rules
The rules of the Under 17 amateur football league are the same as the rules of the adult amateur football league. However, there are some modifications to the rules to make the game more suitable for players under the age of 17.
For example, the size of the pitch is smaller and the game is played with a smaller ball.
